A charming antique puffed heart pendant dating from the Edwardian period, circa 1910.  It's set with a gorgeous row of pearls, with an old cut diamond that rests in a star shaped setting. Modelled in 15k gold throughout, it's topped with an ornate frame and comes complete with a fine 15k gold chain, with a wearable length of 17.5 inches.
